  I would give Ana and Gavin 5 Stars Plus every time. Incredible And professional service with a wow factor added. What more would you want. I have been going to Ana for 20 years and would not go anywhere else for skin and body care. Absolute champions and worth the experience every time. Top Class! If you’re going anywhere else you are truly missing out!

  I had an appointment for a 30 min massage at 2.10 pm. I was there at 2.04 (I looked at the clock in the car) and was invited to the massage room straight away. After the massage I was told to take time to get up and get dressed and come to the reception. I had no problem with any of that but i was very surprised that the 30 min had passed so quickly so i looked at my watch and realised it showed 2.22 pm. While I was getting dressed I noticed an illuminated digital clock on the bench showing 2.27, running 5 min faster. Now I can understand how the treatment time are cut short by 5 min possibly at every session. When I asked about the time difference I was told that they had my booking at 2.00, that I was 5 min late and they ended my session a few minutes early so i can take my time to get dressed and come out. I thought that a 30 min of massage should cover 30 min of my body being massaged and that the payment for it wouldn't include laying on the bed or getting dressed (I am pretty sure I can do it at home for free). If I even took 5 min away from the treatment for apparently being late (as they claimed) the massage that I booked and was paying for was supposed to last 30 min and not 17 min. I had massages before and I never experienced anything like that. My message to the manager: don't bother to answer. You have left me extremely upset and crying. My message to customers: beware.

  I have been using various services available at Diamond Medi Spa nearing 3 years now. I have always found Ana and the team professional, with expert knowledge, and delivery is always timely, friendly with a high level of skill. Highly recommend the Facial treatments to stop that ageing process and for some very relaxing experiences. Thankyou in particular to Ana and Jess for their consistently high level of service delivery.
