  Chips were iced cold and warm mixed together. Burger was good. Service was medium they were too busy talking to each other to help first-time and last time customers.

  Customer service is outstanding especially a worker that helped me out with self service and information this morning her name was Katie. What a lovely person. She as talk about the team at hungry jacks Morphett vale being like “a family” and the workers are all very friendly. I was super impressed!!
  I don’t usually do reviews but I thought Katie deserved an acknowledgment and compliment of her 5 star customer service skills and positive attitude and lovely nature from a customer.

  ordered 2 large double whopper cheese meals only to get home to find they gave us both singles and the chips were cold as well as the burgers. only thing they got right was the drinks. disappointing

  Just spent $38 on 2 whoppers and a junior whopper meal to throw most of it away. Asked for burgers to be extra hot and they were stone cold. Chips were cold and looked/tasted like they were cooked an hour before. Absolutely disgusting. Will definitely not be going back to the Hungry Jacks at Morphett Vale. Lucky that we took it home, otherwise I think I would have thrown it at them. Only got one star as you can’t give them a 0. Never again

  I ordered two double woppers with cheese.
  The burgers had no cheese and tasted like they had no sauce. Honestly they tasted like they had no sause whatsoever.
  So dry it made me thirsty.

  It's always good most people drive through so there's always plenty of room inside you get a lot to eat for not much money anyone can afford to go there and with the new freeway open the local roads are a lot quieter and quicker than before you can take your food home and it's still hot

  Chips were very hard, and over cooked. I think they were re-fried, as they were old, but were very hot. The chicken sandwich was so covered with mayo i couldn't even see the patty, mayo was oozing out all sides of the bun. My daughter could not eat it, i tried but it made me sick. Never again.

  Don't often go here. Was pleasantly surprised by their super brekky meal. Very good value for money. Impressed by their meat patty and egg burger- thick patty, fresh fried egg. Very tasty. Coffee good too. Quick service thru driveway. Staff pleasant. ✔✔

  I ordered a bacon deluxe which comes with two pieces of meat and cheese but when I got it only had one piece Of meat and cheese, my chips were so salty I had to wipe the salt of before I ate them. The staff should be more aware of how much salt they put on the chips unless they want to give us high cholesterol.
  And they should focus on what goes on the burger and make sure it's correct.
