    Cant even pick up the phone! Have tryed calling 3 or 4 times!

    Service was quick & the store very clean & tidy that's where it ended.
    Chips over cooked.
    Fish over cooked
    Calamari over cooked
    Prawns over cooked
    Coleslaw bitter, over powered by lemon looked like it had been through a food processor & dressing a convenience product.
    Pasta salad dry.
    Pine apple ring crumbed & not battered & no cinnamon sugar again over cooked.
    Portion size small
    Had to request seasoning (salt & pepper)

    Won't be going back

    Business has changed in the last few months. Used be be very happy with this shop, until they refused to batter the prawns and fish that used to be no trouble. I thought it was a one off, as they were busy as told to my partner. Last night, I was told the same story, with only one person in the shop (not busy!) again, they do not batter only crumb their seafood. Forced the issue only to get over cooked prawn pack. Hallet Cove B/Bills gives better service, better product that isn’t over cooked.

    We've been coming here for more than 10 years. Crumbed fish, prawns, calamari always fresh and never greasy. Good crunch to the crumbing. Good chips. Best tartare sauce.
