- Bridget Gardner Added June 16, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I never leave reviews but had to for JRM Transmissions, I called to ask if they could look at my transmission sensor as I'd been waiting about 6 months on another transmission mechanic to get back to me. JRM said that they could look at it the day I called, sourced the part while I was there and booked me in 3 days later to do the job.
Definitely the place to go for transmission work (the other mechanic had me come in twice to check the fault codes that were exactly the same then said they'd call me back,. I called every week for about 2 months before giving up) - it was so great to finally have my car issue fixed, and so fast! - Tye Wrightson Added May 30, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★He was great. Quoted me for my service a good price, I thought. When I went to pick up my car he let me know that it wasn't the model I thought it was and charged me less!!! A rare moment in history people. When I started to have trans issues recently, he took it for a drive and knew straight away what it was. I had to wait a few weeks for it to be repaired (Jamie was snowed under with work and was trying to squish me in as much as possible, and my car needed body repairs at another shop) - but I will always happily wait for him. He does a brilliant job, knows his stuff, and doesn't charge a fortune. He also did not take advantage of the fact that I am a female customer as well. Keep it up mate, I will always be a return customer for any trans issue on any car I own.

I saw him personally and he said to book in but when I went to he said no he cant put it on a hoist. I really needed some help as I dont have anyone to help me
