This is the best gym I've ever been a member of (and I've been a member of many). I would recommend this gym to anyone for any reason!
- Jenn Bader Added July 12, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I cannot say enough good things about this gym. My family spent a week in Maine and I wanted fitness to be a focus while there so I set up daily 1:1 training sessions. Jessica was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and changed things up for me each day.
They have a great space with a lot of options, including Pilates machines which I love. A new gym can feel intimidating but everyone made me feel so comfortable from day one. I cannot recommend them enough.
If I lived in Maine, they'd for sure be my daily go to. Please go see them. You won't regret it. - loree Added June 29, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ocean Blue is a unique gym. Making appointments and working with trainers keeps you on track and doing the exercises properly. Your workouts are changed on a regular basis so you are not getting bored with too much routine. There are also classes available for anything from a good workout to challenging. There is something for everyone. The trainers continuously get training to keep up with changes. It is a great place and really helped me with pre and post knee replacements to keep me going!
